Information for Exhibitors and Traders |
|---|
Artists and craftspeople are invited to exhibit and sell their work during the final weekend of the festival which this year is 14th and 15th July. Exhibitors must be genuine artists/craftspeople who design and make what they sell. Applicants who have not exhibited at the Caerleon Festival before must provide photos or samples of their work with their application form or on their website. As usual we are offering spaces under cover or outside. Our shared marquees measure approx. 6 metres long x 4 metres deep and there will be three exhibitors per marquee. We also have a limited number of mini marquees (6 x 3 metres) for groups. Exhibitors booking an outside space are recommended to bring a gazebo or similar. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY THE SPACE IS PROVIDED FOR BOTH COVERED AND OUTSIDE SPACES. Tables, display stands etc. must be provided by the exhibitor. There is no campsite but exhibitors may stay in their own caravan/tent on site or in our marquees, free of charge, by prior arrangement, provided they are self-sufficient. The Festival is open to the public 10.00am - 6.00pm Saturday and 11.00am - 6.00pm Sunday. Fees for exhibitors: Prize Draw: The Festival is a non-profit event run entirely by volunteers and every penny raised is used for the Festival. We aim to support artists and makers by keeping our fees low. Some exhibitors have supported us by donating a prize for the draw and if anyone would like to do so we are always most grateful. Please indicate on your application if you would like to do so. Bookings: Maggie Corke FOR APPLICATION FORM CLICK HERE |
