Field events - July 11th, 12th &13th
10am-6pm on the Hanbury Field for Sculpture Symposium (theme-“Planet Earth” with sculptors using recyclable materials, waste products and wood), musical events, arts and crafts stalls, demonstrations and children’s activities. Free admission

Evening events – 7.30 pm
Saturday, July 5th
Markham and District Colliery Band with Bethan Nia, harpist and vocalist. Bethan will be joined on fiddle by Mark Prescott - all @ Roman Amphitheatre
Sunday, July 6th Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas– a Steven Benavente production. @ Priory Hotel
Wednesday, July 9th Blaenavon Male Voice Choir with soloist Demi Holborn @ St Cadocs Church
Saturday, July 12th “Much Ado About Nothing” by William Shakespeare with the Festival Players @ Roman Amphitheatre

There’ll also be a school art exhibition, a musical composition competition for schools, and further evening entertainments throughout the week at various locations.
