Rebecca Skeels is a highly skilled designer and maker of jewellery. She is Jeweller in Residence at South Hill Park, Ringmead, Berkshire, and runs her own jewellery company.

She also teaches and demonstrates jewellery making techniques. Rebecca, who lived in Caerleon for four years, has a BA hons from Gwent College of Higher Education.

In her work, colour, texture and form are played off against each other to create subtle and expressive pieces.
