In May we asked for help to clear rubbish from the field. Would people join “Operation Clear-Up” for fresh air and “fun”?
Yes! The following weekend Chris, Angela, Jake, Jason and others joined Bryan and Maz equipped with gloves, rakes, forks, and even a pitchfork.
Junk and debris exposed by Maz’s hard work soon filled a skip so another was necessary!
A big thank you to the team. A big thank you to GD Environmental Services for stepping forward to sponsor future use of their skips for free.
There is more to be done. Clearance work will continue in the weekends ahead to prepare the way for the wonderful Ardennes horses returning to mow the field ready for the Festival!
